The Method
- 48-hour maceration of botanicals
- Vacuum cold distillation at 35°C (instead of the usual 78–83°C)
- Selection of the heart cut — 40% of the distillate
- Dilution with purified water to 45% ABV
- Marriage and resting for 30 days

New Spice Edition Gin is an elegant composition of purified water and premium 100% grain spirit distilled with carefully selected botanicals.
Ingredients include: juniper berries, lingonberry, cranberry, angelica root, coriander, bay leaf, licorice root, birch buds, Calendula flowers, orange peel, grapefruit peel, fenugreek, Ceylon cinnamon, Tasmanian pepper, oregano.
