Unlike traditional styles such as London Dry, the profile here leans toward bright citrus notes, while herbal and spicy elements remain subtle and refined.

The Method
- 48-hour maceration of botanicals
- Vacuum cold distillation at 35°C (instead of the usual 78–83°C)
- Selection of the heart cut — 40% of the distillate
- Dilution with purified water to 45% ABV
- Marriage and resting for 30 days

Ingredients include: juniper berries, raspberry, strawberry, coriander, angelica root, pandan leaves, lemongrass, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, Tungus rhubarb root, green cardamom, kaffir lime leaves, licorice root, allspice berries, galangal root, and sage.
