Brass Monkey Limited Edition Gin is an exclusive release created to surprise and delight even the most discerning connoisseurs.
This expression is the result of meticulous work in selecting distinctive botanicals and bringing them together in perfect balance.
The goal was to craft a spirit with a rich and expressive character, revealing the many facets of juniper through woody, resinous and subtle leather notes, while remaining remarkably smooth and refined.

The Method:
- 48-hour maceration of botanicals
- Vacuum cold distillation at 35°C (instead of the usual 78–83°C)
- Selection of the heart cut. As little as 35% of the distillate
- Dilution with purified water to 47% ABV
- Marriage and resting for 30 days

Crafted from purified water and premium 100% grain spirit distilled with a carefully selected composition of botanicals:
juniper berries, angelica root, coriander, strawberry, nutmeg, birch buds, schisandra berries, grapefruit, orange, bay leaf, licorice root, Kampot pepper, allspice berries, and thyme.
Each ingredient contributes to a layered and distinctive flavour profile.

The lively spice and freshness of coriander combine with the distinctive brightness of schisandra berries, creating a complex and multi-layered impression.
The finish reveals soft sweetness of licorice, a gentle warmth of black pepper, and lingering orange citrus accents.
