Gin & Tonic Pineapple
Composition:
Brass Monkey Modern Dry Gin

Tonic Сlassic
120 ml
Recommended additions: pineapple, cinnamon, ice.
Glass:
Highball.
Recipe:
Add ice, gin, and tonic water to a chilled glass. Stir, garnish with a pineapple wedge and cinnamon.
Taste:

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple ball.

Classic, sweet and sour.

Lemon juice

White cocoa liqueur
20 ml
Vermouth Ambrate
20 ml
Recommended additions: lemon zest, ice.
Glass:
Cocktail.
Recipe:
Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker and shake for 8-12 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon zest.
Taste:
Sour, grassy with an aftertaste of white cocoa.
Dry Martini 50-50
Composition:
Brass Monkey Modern Dry Gin
40 ml
Dry vermouth
40 ml
Orange bitters
1 ml
Recommended additions: pineapple, olive, ice.
Glass:
Cocktail.
Recipe:
Add all ingredients and ice to a mixing glass and stir with a spoon for 15-30 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an olive and pineapple.
Taste:
Strong, dry, grassy, floral.
Bee's Knees
Composition:

25 ml
Orange juice
10 ml
Honey syrup
15 ml
Recommended additions: orange zest, ice.
Glass:
Cocktail.
Recipe:
Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker and shake for 8-12 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange zest.
Taste:
Sweet and sour, honey-like.
